Yes! We frequently attend pet industry events so that we can personally evaluate the latest in innovative pet products. Click here to submit your product request online. One of our pet specialists will research available products and respond with details.
When will my order ship?
We know that you are excited to receive your products and we will get them to you as soon as possible. Items that are in stock will be shipped 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping on custom and special order items varies depending on the vendor.
How will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground and takes an average of 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order from your retail location?
Yes. If you live in or will be coming to the Ann Arbor area you are welcome to pick up your order from our location at the Briarwood Mall. Just type "pickup" in the box labeled "voucher" in the shopping cart. Please call in advance to let us know when you would like to pick up your order to ensure that it is ready when you arrive.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
What is your policy on order cancellations and changes?
In our effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes will be possible. If you have a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thefourleggedsocialite.com or call (734) 622-8125. Once orders are processed, merchandise becomes the property of the buyer and will be eligible for credit or exchange only.
What is your return policy?
Items in unused condition with all tags attached can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Shipping will be charged at current rates on merchandise exchanges. After the first exchange per item, a $5 restocking fee will be charged. We encourage you to measure pets and select products carefully to avoid unnecessary fees.
